In this article, I will show you how to top up (deposit) your A9Play account.
First of all, you need to login into your A9Play account.
To log in, click the A9Play apps on your mobile phone. You can log in by using your phone number and password.
After you login to your A9Play account, please click the menu button and then select Top Up.
Choose your deposit package.
In this section, you can choose your preferred deposit method. The easiest deposit method is through online transfer. I will explain how to top up through online transfer via VADERPAY and SUREPAY.
Please ensure that you are using a bank account with the same name as your A9Play account. Otherwise, your transaction will be rejected by A9Play.
VADERPAY
To top up your A9Play account, please click the VADERPAY button.
Please select your top-up amount. The minimum top-up is RM20.
After that, click the “Confirm” button to continue to the next step.
Next, please select your bank as shown below and then click the “Next” button to make a deposit.
After that, please follow the next instructions until the top-up process is complete.
SUREPAY
Now, I will show you how to top-up your A9Play account via Surepay.
Firstly, click the Surepay button as shown below.
Please select your preferred bank as shown below.
Enter your top-up amount then click confirm.
Please login to your bank account to complete your top-up.
The top-up amount will be updated on your wallet after the top-up process is done.
